My name is Allan Ramirez, I was born in Philippines and I grew up in London England. Before I started my ministry in Poland, I worked for one of the largest fast food company. I was employed as a Company Trainer Manager mainly to trained new site managers to be deployed within the organisation. As I continue to work for over 3 years, God made me realised one day on my way home from work. I was squeeze inside the packed train carriages London Underground, I thought about my future and my spiritual life. I began to wonder and ask myself ‘Is this the life God wanted me to be?’ I was 44 years old and in the peak of my career. I saw myself like a small Sardine inside the tin. I was challenged with though that‘ Surely life is more than this’. I began to question myself ‘Why I can give my 100% of my time, effort and talent to my employer but to God not even 5%. I though going to the church every Sunday was more than enough to justify my service to God. Then God impress to my heart His word in Matthew 9:37 Then He said to His disciples ‘The harvest truly is plentiful, but the labourers are few 38 therefore pray the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into the harvest’. Then I felt the Lord spoke to my heart ‘How about you? I just say ‘Here I am Lord’ If you’re willing, send me. Within two weeks of that experience. My wife and I discuss giving up both of our works and we start planning our moving to Poland and within less than one month, I hand over my resignation and left UK. In July 2016 Agnes, Kate (my daughter was 11 years old) and I started our new life in Poland, after a couple of months of settling. We started our small life group (Cell Group) at my house with intension of opening the church in Bydgoszcz. As we grow in numbers I began to consider starting a small church rather staying as a Cell group. So, I began to mention to Pastor Ralph FGT London and Pastor Eu Hong Seng our plan. Two weeks prior to the opening of the church, unfortunately one by one suddenly everyone began making excuses that they are no longer able to support to group, except for one Polish person who supported us to open church. I began to see that everything is not going to the way I though it will be. Yet again I consult the Lord and say ‘Lord, if you’re willing to open this work in Poland, Lord please could you provide the people and workers’. After four months of opening the church with four people, God answers our prayer. Since we open the church in July 2018, God is faithful to His promises, He never failed us. God uses Pastor Eu Hong Seng and FGT Malaysia for their continuing support and Spiritual guidance that keeps us serving our community here in Poland. Now, not only we have FGT Church. We have also kept our FGT Foundation which enables us to extend our mission to help others. I am also very humble to see what God can do, if we only obey and be willing to be use by Him. From four people when we started the church in July2018. We are now currently having around 22 nationalities. Young and vibrant fellowship consisted of 99% young people. I really thank the Lord for giving me and my family the opportunity to work in His vineyard and to be part of the life of this new generation that one day will take the Gospel to all nations until He comes.
